SUMMARY:Cyclocross Training Races
DESCRIPTION:Cyclocross (often abbreviated CX or simply “cross”) is a multi-terrain bicycle racing discipline that combines the speed of road cycling\, the technical challenges of mountain biking\, and the obstacles and barriers of a steeplechase. At Hale\, we have fields\, stairs\, gravel\, a sandpit\, and a beach to ride\, with fewer rocks and roots than many of Hale’s other trails. You can expect two 20-minute heats and a multiple-lap course.
