Mushroom Walk at Hale

Join us on a 2-hour walk around Hale looking for fall mushrooms. The walk is hosted by Hale Board Member, writer, mycophile, and educator, Maria Pinto and is an introductory event. We will walk along trails discussing the roles of the fungi we find in the ecosystem, and discuss proper identification of the mushrooms these fungi produce. Come prepared for an informative ramble in the woods!
