Professional Coaching
Hale employs several veteran school leaders who are available for one-on-one professional coaching.
Past coaching clients include:
- A department head who wanted feedback regarding supervision of struggling teachers, particularly novice teachers
- An assistant principal focused on better managing resources to maximize student learning opportunities
- A director of teaching and learning who adjusted recruitment strategies to increase racial diversity among staff
- A dean of students who developed a holistic discipline model that would be embraced by teachers, students, and families
