OFFICIAL DRAWING RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Official Drawing Rules. Entrants shall be deemed to have accepted the following Official Drawing Rules.
Eligibility. The Prize drawing (the “Drawing”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who provide their contact information via the QR code posted at various events Hale Education, Inc. (“Hale” or “Promoter”) hosts or exhibits at during the Drawing Period as defined below (the “Entrants”). Hale’s employees and board members, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouses, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents) and same household members, are not eligible to enter the drawing. No purchase is necessary. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Drawing Period. The Drawing entry period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on March 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2025 (“Drawing Period”). Winner will be selected from entries properly submitted during the Drawing Period. Any entries submitted after the Drawing Period will not be considered.
How to Enter. To enter the Drawing, event participants must scan a QR code posted at one of the events (as described above) and submit personal information that includes their name, email address, and place of residence. Only one entry will be accepted per person; duplicate entries will be removed. Entries on behalf of other people are not permitted. Entries generated by macro, script, or other automated means are void. Any Entrant using fraudulent means to participate in the Drawing will be disqualified and may be guilty of violating applicable criminal laws. Eligibility is at the exclusive discretion of Promoter, and Promoter shall be entitled to reject any entrant for any reason or no reason at all without having to provide an explanation. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or terminate Drawing for any reason and without prior notice to any Entrant. In such instance, Promoter may, if and as appropriate, select a winner using reasonable means that are materially consistent with the Drawing in question. Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
Winner. One Potential Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing of valid entries received during the Drawing Period to be held by May 2, 2025 and in accordance with these Official Drawing Rules. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Drawing Period.
Notification. The Potential Prize Winner will be notified by email on or after May 2, 2025 and must provide a postal address to claim the Prize, as defined below. If a Potential Prize Winner does not respond to Promoter within 3 days of being notified, the Potential Prize Winner forfeits the Prize and Promoter shall be entitled to select another Potential Prize Winner in accordance with the process described above (and that Potential Prize Winner must respond to notification of their win within 3 days or they too will forfeit the Prize). If a Potential Prize Winner rejects the Prize or the entry is determined to be invalid or in breach of these Official Drawing Rules, the Potential Prize Winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and Promoter shall be entitled to select another Potential Prize Winner. Should no winner successfully claim the Prize by May 23, 2025, the drawing shall be deemed closed without a winner. Potential Prize Winner is solely responsible for all applicable: (1) federal, state, and local taxes; and (2) out-of-pocket expenses, associated with Prize acceptance and use. Prizes will not be substituted by Promoter for cash or other merchandise pursuant to any Potential Prize Winner’s request. Promoter, however, reserves the right to substitute alternate prizes of comparable or equal value in its sole discretion. Subject to applicable law, Prize is offered “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind or nature, including without limitation, any warranty respecting condition, merchantability, quality, title, or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event Potential Prize Winner is under the age of eighteen (18) (a “Minor”), the Minor’s parents or legal guardian must claim and be awarded the Prize.
Prize. The winner will receive a Family Pass for Hale’s Community Program, valid through August 31, 2025, and valued at $800 (the “Prize”). Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the Prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from Hale). The Prize will be sent to the winner by Promoter either electronically or via the United States Postal Service.
Promotion and Disclosure. Promoter may choose to announce the Potential Prize Winner’s name and city or town at its discretion. The name and city or town of the Potential Prize Winner may be obtained after May 23, 2025 by mailing a written request with a stamped return envelope to Hale Education, 80 Carby Street, Westwood, MA 02090.
