Westwood Community Trails—Monthly Hikes

Westwood Community Trails invites residents to explore the town’s trails and learn more about their importance to the community. Free monthly guided hikes last about two hours, vary in distance and topography, and explore a number of areas at Hale and beyond. Sat. Nov. 4— Explore Hale’s Sen Ki area on this 3-mile hike over mixed terrain. Meet at 1255 High Street in Westwood. Please remember that dogs are not permitted at Sen Ki.

Sat. Dec. 2— Discover Lowell Woods on this 3-mile hike over mostly flat terrain. Meet at the end of Sandy Valley Road in Westwood.

Sat. June 1— Hike Powisset Farm on this 3-mile hike over mixed terrain. Meet at Twin Post Road in Westwood.

Sat. July 6—Discover Dedham Forest on this 3-mile hike over mostly flat terrain. Park at 960 Washington Street in Westwood.

Sat. Aug. 3—Explore Adams Farm on this 3-mile hike over mostly flat terrain. Park at Adams Farm on North Street in Walpole.
