A passionate advocate of the life-changing power of outdoor education, Jim Earley led Hale in providing experiential learning for more young people.

As Hale’s third executive director, he championed hands-on learning in nature that helped countless youth build skills, establish relationships, and learn to lead with integrity. He also worked to remove barriers for many.
