
Burn Boot Camp Pop-Up Workout at Hale’s South Beach
About This Event
Led by Burn Boot Camp trainer (and Hale’s own Senior Development Manager) Jocelyn Bergeron, this energizing outdoor workout is the perfect way to kick off your morning while enjoying Hale’s beautiful South Beach setting. All fitness levels are welcome.
As a thank-you for joining us, participants are invited to stay and enjoy access to South Beach from 10 AM–12 PM after the workout. Take time to relax, explore, swim, take a boat out, or simply enjoy the space after class.
This event is free and open to the public. Space is limited, so advance registration is encouraged. Childcare is available from 9-10 AM for toilet-trained children.
What to bring:
• Water bottle
• Towel or yoga mat
• Comfortable workout attire
• Sunscreen and bug spray
