Wendy King

Wendy supports Hale’s development team by creating reports for fundraising analysis and initiatives, providing editorial support for donor communications, and processing gifts. She brings a strong background in individual, corporate, and foundation fundraising, having previously held frontline development roles at higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations. 

Wendy holds a B.A. in American Studies from Barrington College and an M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, jogging, gardening, and participating in small group Bible studies. She and her husband love escaping to Maine to kayak, swim, and hike. 

I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station, through which God speaks to us every hour, if we will only tune in.
